If you receive damage products, please email us at email@example.com. Include your order number, first and last name, and item numbers for products that are damaged or missing from your order. We will work with you to ensure the damaged items are replaced or refunded to you. Once your products are transferred to FedEx/UPS for shipment, they become responsible for any damage that happens during shipment. In this case, we will assist you in filing a claim with FedEx for damages. Refunds, in this case, may be held up until the claim is resolved with FedEx.
